Use of the membership card constitutes acceptance of the conditions listed herein. All benefits described are Applicable to the HHI Kolkata and The HHI Varanasi unless otherwise stated :

FOOD :

The discount calculation is determined by dividing the total food bill (excluding beverages and taxes) by the number of people dining. This amount is then subtracted from the original bill, therefore 

• 2 (two) people dining-member and 1 (one) dining guest receive 50% (fifty percent) reduction.
  
  
• 3 (Three) people dining-member and 2 (two) dining guests receive 33% (thirty-three percent) reduction.
  
  
• 4 (Four) people dining-member and 3 (three) dining guests receive 25% (twenty-five percent) reduction.
  
  
• 5 (Five) up-to 15 people dining-member and 4 (four) or up-to 11 (eleven) dining guests receive 20% (twenty Percent reduction)

1. Members dining alone receive 20% (twenty percent) deduction on their total food bill.
   
   
2. The membership card is non-transferable and only 1(one) card per table will be accepted.
   
   
3. Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, room service, banquets, Underground and others made off premises.

BEVERAGES :

1. Upon presentation of a valid signed membership card, each member is entitled to 20% (twenty percent) reduction in beverages bill.
   
   
2. Not valid during special promotions, happy hours or events.
   
   
3. Not valid in Underground.  

ROOM :

1. Special discount of 30% on the published room tariff.

2. All room bookings must be made directly through the HHI reservations line(033 2283 0505, 2280 2323,4001 8080) During normal business hours and are subject to availability. Members must identify themselves as Club members and quote their membership number at time of advance booking for themselves and/or their guests.

3. The above rates are subject to all applicable taxes are net and non-commissionable. Full payments are to be made in advance before check in. Our standard check-in and checkout time is 1200 Hrs. For arrivals before and departures after, a half-day charge would be liable for payment. All other conditions apply.

4. Not valid in conjunction with other special rates, reductions or promotions.  

OTHER PRIVILEGES :

Upon presentation of a valid signed membership card, each Club member is entitled to the following benefits.

1. 20% (twenty percent) reduction at the Health Club on joining and/or annual membership fee in Kolkata.

2. 20% (twenty percent) reduction in the hotel’s barbershop in Kolkata.

3. 20% (twenty percent) reduction in cakes & pastries in the hotel Pastry Shop in Kolkata. Not valid for breads and short eats.

CARD PRICE :

The membership card price is Rs. 5000/- plus applicable taxes. This is subject to change as per the Hotel from time to time.

MEMBERSHIP CARD :

The membership card is an individual, non-transferable card that has the members name, number and expiration date printed on it. The membership card is not a credit card. The membership does not entitle the members to any credit facility; therefore cash or credit card on presentation of the bill must be made to make payments. The membership card cannot be construed as an identity card. Membership benefits will be extended only upon presentation of a signed valid membership card. The membership card and all benefits will be valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

Cancellation of membership will only be considered if the full membership package along with membership is received unused and by registered post at The Club Membership Centre. The Hotel Hindusthan International, 235/1 AJC Bose Road, Kolkata-700 020 within 14 days of joining the club. All lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately. An administration fee will be charged to the member and a replacement card will be issued with the same expiration date at the discretion of the Hotel. The membership card is the property of the Hotel who reserves the right to withdraw membership privileges and retain or recall the card in such cases of misuse or conduct/behavior not befitting to the hotel environment by the member or their guests and/or at the sole discretion of the Hotel without any intimation. The Hotel shall not be liable in contract or in tort to any claims arising out of, or relating to, the failure of the hotel to provide members with the benefits referred to herein or any injuries or losses suffered on the hotel’s premises caused by the fault or negligence of the hotel, its servants, employees or agents. The Hotel shall not be liable to any shortfall in customer expectations.

USAGE OF GIFT VOUCHERS :

Gift vouchers bearing the members personalized number will be issued and will only be valid until the expiration date as stated on the corresponding membership card and/or the gift voucher. Benefits will only be awarded upon presentation of the corresponding Gift Voucher. Please note, loss or theft of theft of Gift Vouchers are the members’ responsibility and therefore will not be replaced. All Gift Vouchers are strictly restricted to the terms and conditions mentioned at the back of the vouchers.

DATA PROTECTION :

The Hotel as a matter of policy does not sell, rent or exchange its customers’ data with companies not directly related to the Club.
